Starving in the Belly of the Whale with J. Marsden, Karen Wheelock, and Norlund. SITBOTW reached out to J. Marsden in need of a Madison stop for their spring tour, and with the help of Karen Wheelock we got a gig at Up North Bar that's sure to be a great time! Here's some more info on SITBOTW:As the ever-evolving Dayton, OH based folk outfit Starving in the Belly of the Whale prepare to release their sixth studio album, Conversation(s), song crafter Ricky Terrell has found the perfect complement to his thematic writing with now permanent members Scott Loy (Cello, Vocals, Saw) and wife Lacey Terrell (Vocals, Percussion). SITBOTW blend sparse arrangements with smart lyrics and haunting vocals as they explore themes of love, lust, and the eternal soul.
